Welcome to Wegman’s Bayou Louisiana Kitchen. I am thrilled to be open and can’t wait to see you in the restaurant soon! Our mission is “to offer an authentically Cajun culinary experience with a friendly, knowledgeable staff who treats every customer like family.”
 
I have reimagined authentic Cajun cuisine, and we serve all the traditional New Orleans favorites with a few new, added twists. Wegman’s Bayou feels familiar – like a decade-old neighborhood favorite, but it has a renewed energy that feels fresh, new, and exciting. Every time you come in, I want you to expect and experience good food, a laid-back atmosphere, and top-notch service.

A Note from Our Owner, Chef Marc

The zesty flavors of the Louisiana bayou have come to Roswell with the opening of Wegman’s Bayou Louisiana Kitchen. Located just north of the bustling downtown Roswell, the restaurant is tucked behind an art gallery that adds to its Crescent City vibe.
 
Louisiana-born chef Marc Wegman has more than 20 years of experience cooking up a plethora of Cajun delights, but his key ingredient is authenticity. As a proud son of New Orleans, his goal is to make every guest feel like they are popping into the Big Easy. Our food is fresh from the Bayou. Our team is the Saints. Our music is jazz, and our spring is Mardi Gras.
 
Our menu includes a vast selection of Cajun and Creole, seafood, American, and bar bites that you have grown to love. And Marc has put a new flare into these popular dishes. From crawfish and jambalaya to crab, pasta, and more, there’s something for everyone with our selection of new and enhanced menu items.

Whether you’re coming from East Cobb, Crabapple, Milton, Woodstock, or Alpharetta, you’re only 15 minutes from our front door in historic downtown Roswell. You can also enjoy free private parking for easy access to our restaurant. You’ll find a charming, relaxing atmosphere when you choose to dine in our comfortable dining room. And for an even more relaxing time, take some time to enjoy a drink on our outdoor patio.
 
Sometimes, you don’t have time (or desire!) to cook. On those nights, call us or order online for pickup or Door Dash delivery, and you’ll have your food faster than you can say “Louisiana!”

Catering Service

We’re also pleased to offer convenient catering service for your next event. Whether you’re planning a wedding reception or corporate luncheon, we’ll prepare an amazing spread for your guests with all the delicacies you enjoy on our daily menu. We’ll design our menu from your wishes and deliver directly to your location. You won’t have to lift a finger while you enjoy your planned event.
 
And when you don’t have time to dine in, call ahead for speedy takeout service and be on your way with the same fabulous meals you always enjoy inside.
